A Small site can pay £29 a month for an initial 12-month term, starting with £29 today, or pay £348 upfront for the same 12 months. There is no setup fee: the first standard starter kit and UK delivery are included in either option. Continuing service includes a monitoring refresh pack after each completed 12 months. Medium and Large plans are not yet open for ordering. Optional response modules are clearly priced before checkout. No VAT is added.

Yes. Customer data remains the customer’s data, and access or portability requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

Yes. Both payment options cover an initial 12-month service term. The monthly option spreads the same first-year price over 12 monthly instalments; it is not a one-month cancel-anytime plan. After the initial term, monthly billing continues monthly and annual billing renews annually unless cancelled before the next renewal.
